Age Scotland have established a specific Veterans' Project working alongside partners in the Unforgotten Forces consortium to boost the health and wellbeing of veterans in Scotland aged 65 and older, with a wealth of information and services available.

Scottish War Blinded

Hawkhead Centre, Paisley


 The centre is open to anyone who is a member of Scottish War Blinded, membership is free and new membership applications are welcomed.
It is an activity hub for men and women of all ages and abilities - and is open free of any costs. 
Specialist support can assist with improving independence and mobility.
One-to-one guidance will aid veterans in regaining or maintaining confidence after their sight loss.

Males Tales Helensburgh would like to provide somewhere for all men to come and talk in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
